James Miller James Miller

I'm James Miller and I am 67 years old. I have been weight training since I was 20 years old. I competed for the first time in '99 at the West Coast Natural Masters and won 1st place. For the Western Canadian Natural 2000 Masters and the North Western Canadian/American 2001 Masters I finished in 2nd place. In the Diverse Natural 2001 Master's and NPC Knights of Cascadia Grand Masters 2001 I came in 1st place.
I have been taking Kaizen supplements for awhile and I must say that I have noticed a tremendous improvement in my muscle growth and strength. I intend to continue taking Kaizen supplements.

Spencer Kearns

My name is Spencer Kearns. I've been competing in natural body building contests for the past five years. Six months ago I tried Kaizen supplements, and I noticed the improvement just weeks later. I've tried numerous other company's supplements, but nothing has given me the extra boost during workouts and enhanced my recovery like Kaizen. The Kaizen products I am presently using are HMB, Whey Protein Isolate, Precision EFA and Herbal Genesis.
